I'm a new boat owner. I just reached my 20 hour breakin period and need to change the oil. There's no marina and I don't own a trailer.

Get yourself an oil pump, some new oil, new filter(s), warm up the boat to operating temp, shut it off, remove the dipstick, insert the oil pump tube down the dipstick tube to bottom, pump old oil out into container, remove the old filter and replace, replace dipstick, open oil fill cap, add new oil to specs. start her up and run a few minutes, shut her down and re-check oil level, top off if necessary. Oh and buy a service/repair manual for your engine/out-drive.

rdcastle has you on the right path. Here's some links of examples of "oil pumps", there are all different price ranges and types (manual vs, electric) for your liking and budget:
Also, if you have a Mercruiser and your engine has catalytic converters on it, you may be required to use fully synthetic oil (like rdcastle says: check your engine/drive owner's manual for oil type).
