I want to remove the towbar on my 2011 SD217OB.

How do you remove the rear seat back. to get at the access hole. I tried lifting the seat back straight up and it isn't moving.

@striper, I'm not sure specifically on your model, but check around the bottom and the edge of the seat back. There is usually a bracket (or two) with a screw holding it in place.------------------------------------------------------------------------------2010 Hurricane SS 188 OB

I took our tow bar out as well in my ss188. there is a screw on the bottom right hand side that will allow the seat to slide upwards. the back cushion curves to the port side of the boat where this another small screw. This will allow you to take the entire cushion off if need.
