Has anyone discovered the best way to deal with the seat cover cushions and storage contents when towing the boat for long distances? Everything will blow out if left as purchased.

I never tow without the use of my snap on cover or a secondary strap down cover.------------------------------------------------------------------------------2010 Hurricane SS 188 OB

I agree with nquirk about towing with a cover, it's your best protection. Trailer covers have tie downs built into them and are designed to be towed. If you only have a mooring cover then you need to add straps for additional security. Now, having said that, I have towed my SD237 over 250 miles without a cover (I only have a mooring cover at this time) and the windshield walk-through closed. All of the cushions remained in place. I think that having the full windshield closed helps change the airflow around the boat (SunDeck Sports obviously can't do this). I also tow with a Ford Expedition EL where the longer higher roofline might also have helped.. Then again, maybe I was just lucky2012 SD237 I/O Mercruiser 5.0L MPI ECT/ Bravo 32012 Load Rite Elite Tandem axle trailer
