Drainage Schematic for 1999 FunDeck

Recently we purchased a neglected 1999 24' foot Fun Deck. We've noticed that the drainage is not good in the boat. The ski locker constantly has water in it after a heavy rain. It appears that the drain holes are plugged with leaves etc. Are there pipes/hoses attached to the ski locker or is it just a hole that drains to the bilge? If its just a hole can I flush it out with a plumbing snake?

Usually there a drain holes in the ski locker that drain to the bilge, but no hoses to my knowledge.We had other posters on here before who had a similar problem, however in their situation the drain holes were not present in the ski locker.
