Fuel Capacity on a 2004 FD 196 FF

I just removed the oiler on my 2004 FD 196 FF to my Johnson 150 and I will be mixing fuel/oil.  The tag on the fuel tank is faded and I need to be sure of the fuel capacity.  I believe it's 29 gal, but I want to be sure.

Assuming there is no change to 2005, from the 2005 brochure the FD 196 has a 29 gal tank, or an optional 48 gal tank.

I apologize for this late reply, but I just found I had this reply sitting in my "Draft" folder, I guess I didn't hit the "Post Comment" button....DUH!  

The standard capacity for this year and model is 29 gallons, but there was an option to upgrade to a 50 gallon tank as well.

Hurricane must have changed their sourcing of gas tanks frequently.  I have a 2000 brochure which lists the optional tank for this model at 51 gal, and, as mentioned above, a 2005 brochure that states 48 gal, while cjjjdeck has the 2004 option at 50 gal.  Standard tank for all is 29 gal.

When I asked the question, I only specified the 2004 model year.  Interesting information on the bigger tank size for other model years.
