Just purchased....the ski locker lid is missing ( ugh)   called local dealer in Naples Florida and he said too old....hung up....thank you very much!

So now I think I can buy some Starboard and have one made...I am not sure about the thickness....and of course latches!   Any suggestions?

Starboard is excellent material and exactly what I would have used for something like this (It will be a permanent repair, no breaking this material).  They also make a textured surface version you might want to look at as well.   You'll have to measure from the lip where the hatch cover rests to the top of your deck to get the right thickness.  You might also consider using foam tape or the fuzzy side of velcro to keep it from rattling.
