Hurricane 198 slow to plane

I have a 2007 hurricane 198 with a 115 Yamaha four stroke with a 13 1/4 x 17 solas prop three blade stainless. It is very slow to plane and with six adults in the boat it never planes. Has anybody ran into this problem? Thinking of putting a different prop on to improve hole shot any idea on what size to try
