Rail on port side of 188 has loosened up?

On the SS188, it looks like you have two port rail locations, one on the bow, the other is opposite the helm station, which one is it that you're have the issue with?

I spoke with my dealer. He said you should be able to access the bolts through the dry storage locker and/or by removing the seat back cushion. If you do access them, you may want to put a dab of Lock-tite on the bolts.
