2003 GS 211, Livewell

I just purchased a used GS 211, 2003. I have fixed a lot of small items on the boat and it runs great. It says there is a livewell in the front bow. I see where it is, but it is missing the screw in overflow tube and has no water inlet that I can see. It does have a switch on the dash for the livewell, but when it is turned on I do not hear anything running. Is there actually not a livewell, or am I missing something?

Standard is a draining bin that can be used as a built-in cooler. Optionally they run a raw water line to the top edge of the bin and add the screw-in drain pipe so it will hold enough water in the livewell before it runs out.
