Where would I find a replacement cover door for fold down ladder on bow of my 1997 Fundeck 201?

Unfortunately, 2007 and older Hurricane models no longer have these kind of parts available.  However, these kind of parts are frequently made from a material called King StarBoard.  It is a polymer material (HDPE) that holds up excellent to the marine environment.  The poly sheet material is fabricated just like you would with wood material using wood working tools.  If you're handy with wood, this is just as easy to work with.  You can reuse the hardware or install new.
