Considering constructing my own fill cushion. Anyone attempted this?
Would anyone be willing to share some detailed pictures of their cushion. Pictures do not have to be one you constructed, just looking for construction ideas.

I haven't done this, but I would recommend using King StarBoard as the base material. It's made of marine grade HDPE, no mold/mildew and no rot.2012 SD237 I/O Mercruiser 5.0L MPI ECT/ Bravo 32012 Load Rite Elite Tandem axle trailer

try it out.... you cant do any worse than the factory does. I waited 9 months and 3 attempts for them to make me a filler that is correct. The third attempt it sorta fits right (The front curved pice hardly sits on the lip) and the color is off. Im just sucking it up from here im sick of waiting

I too would like underside snaps. That and snaps of the support pole system. Attaching points and methods, etc! Thanks for sending what you've already sent!

@evilgrimace my model year does not have the pole support system. It just sits on a lip that goes around the bow -

So the bow fill cushion is actually multiple cushions? Suppose that makes it easier to store. Is there a support structure besides the cushion bottom? Thanks for the picture, though that is a seriously hot mess in the background, yes? Lol!

Awesome. Was considering doing all one piece, but now not sure. By being two pieces are you able to store them on your boat? If so where? No worries about the gear, got three who play sports and just did 3+ rooms of laminate myself; so I get it...

Its actually 4 pieces if you look at the original picture. 3 fill the bow and then one fills over the live well.
No on my 2013/2014 model there is no support under the cushions. In the newer 2014 model they changed the direction of the cushions to forward/aft and added 2 support rails.
I usually just leave them in the boat
