Casting deck?

Anyone ever build a removable casting platform for the forward seating area? I have a 2004 SD217 and I use it now more for fishing than boating and looking for ideas.

    Never seen one, but it sounds like a great idea.  I also use my 217 for a fair amount of fishing, and the front seat area is an obstacle course at times.

    If you figure something out post some photos.

    building one now. Framing and plywood all done. now sealing and wrapping with carpet.  I made it to go in place of bow cushions. It has 4 hatches to access all existing storage compartments. I will post final pictures
