Gel Coat

I have a 2012 2200 Sundeck bought in September of 2012. The Gel coat on the port side is fading horrible in spots and I have a few spider cracks also, does anyone know if this might be under warranty, dealer was of no help.
Also if it's not under warranty any suggestions on how to fix this problem. I love the boat but it looks terrible.

    Just curious, are you the original owner of the boat?  What did the dealer tell you?

    yes the original owner, dealer said not under warranty

    I had a similar issue on my 2011 SD 187 I/O.  Spider cracks at the bow and stern after the first season.  Dealer initially said it was covered then said it wasn't.  I ended up contacting Hurricane and was told it's not covered.  After a long battle the dealer and I were able to come to an agreement where hurricane/dealer covered half the repair costs, I paid the other half.
