Where/how can I purchase a cover for ladder insert on the bow Fundeck 201 1997?

Hurricane will no longer have parts.  Your best bet is to go to a marine fabricator or upholsterer to have them make one for you.  They probably will use a material called King StarBoard which is a marine grade polymer material that comes in sheets and offers a variety of thicknesses.  If you're handy with wood, this material is worked with the same tools and you may try making the door yourself.
