    If you have the old windshield in not too beat up condition, there are shops set up to fabricate one-off products like this.  Here's a thread from the forum that gives you some resources:

    There is a place in dania florida  called upd plastics they have all the molds to replicate and if they don't they will make it  954 476 1194 ask fo Janelle or john

    Looks like they've done a 1997 201 Fundeck which is probably the same as the 1998.  You might be in luck!
