My curved hatch that is over the porta potti area cracked and I am seeking a new or used one...anyone hae any ideas?

I'm not familiar with your model or the hatch you are talking about.  Perhaps you could post a picture of what you want to replace.

Is it made of solid plastic or is it fiberglass?

You may want to bring it to a local fiberglass marine shop and see what they say.  You may also be able to have a shop that fabricates replacement boat windshields make one out of Lexan or Plexiglas.
