Lost some electrical power temporarily

Bought a 2013 SD187 in April. Everything was fine first few times out. Then boat sat 3 weeks unused. Then it started and ran fine, but the GPS and horn wouldn't work. After cruising around an hour or so, they both had juice. Any thoughts? Also, where can I get a wiring diagram? Thanks
