Fuel Fitting Access on FunDeck 226

I searched around a bit and found nothing so I'll ask. Does anyone here know where the tank fittings are located for the fuel fill, vent, and engine supply hoses are located on a 2000 FunDeck 226OB? I want to inspect these. There is access to the back of the fill neck/vent, but none of the existing hatches appear to provide access to the fittings on the tank. There are two in the outboard well, and one in front of the bulkhead in front of the well.
I've worked on lot of boats and replaced lots of hoses. This is a maintenance item that should not require cutting holes. Am I missing something?
