SD217 has a loose right front cleat and I have no clue as to how to get underneath to tighten it.

My SD217 has a very loose right front cleat and I have no clue as to how to get underneath to tighten it.

Conly3, my FD196 had loose cleats and my dealer fixed it under warranty. They had to cut access holes under the seats to get in there with a wrench, and then installed round plugs to close the holes. I think the cleats are installed before the top and bottom of the hull are assembled and there is no other way to tighten them.
