Dock Light wiring

The dock light comes on whenever the master switch is turned on, even though the dock light switch is turned off. Would appreciate suggestions on the cause and possible solutions. Thank you

It sounds like you might have a bad dock light switch that may be hung up in the "ON" position even though you have it in the off position. That is one explanation that the dock lights operate when you put on the Master Switch.
