rear ladder for 2001 Hurricane 226ff

I can't seem to find the exact ladder for our 226 FF deck boat. I have seen a photo once some time ago.  Our rear deck is enclosed with fishing chairs so we need a 3 step up.

Can't find out how to send a picture of what I need on this site.

We bought the boat new and would not trade it for the world we have over 1400 hours on the 115 4 stroke. Runs great.

This is the style I have on my boat, both on the bow platform and swim platform.  Maybe it looks similar to yours?

How do I attache the ladder to the bow platform when it is solid fiberglass without damaging the boat?  We need a ladder in the bow of our Hurricane Fundeck 226 that holds up to 265 lbs.  Thanks!

If it were my boat, I would probably use Toggler brand toggle bolts to mount pretty much anything to a deck.  If you're not familiar with this product, the toggle gets anchored into place so it will not move, or spin, when you thread the bolt into it, nor will the toggle fall away if you remove the bolt.  The good news is It does comes in a stainless steel version.
