New to us 2012 SD 2200. Came with one key. Can I contact Hurricane to get a new one or are they engine dependent?

Probably have it by now, but my 2 cents... older boat with Yamaha OB, key was easily duplicated by Lowe's. Not as smooth as factory key, but it works and copies generally improve with usage as the sharp edges wear down.

Look on the original key, should be a number. go to engine dealer or look online. no reason to have new ones cut.
