211 Fishability from the stern

I am looking into buying a new 2016 211 OB. It has 2 captains chairs and i was wondering if these 2 chairs spin around and point to the aft for fishing? It seems like the steering wheel would get in the way of the main captains chair.
We like to fish under the bimini top so fishing out of the back of the boat is very important to us.

Order it with a flip flop seat. That's what I have in my 211 and it works great.2003 GS211 Yamaha 150 HP OX66
