Try veada.com/. They may have manufactured the original seats. Also try greatlakesskipper.com/. They have parts for older boats.

I doubt you'll find seats that are exact replacements. You might have the option of buying seats made for a newer 237. Ask your dealer how many model years back they can get seats for and see what colors are available. You might get lucky and find something that looks good.2003 GS211 Yamaha 150 HP OX66

Overton's and Veada will not carry seats for a 237. Those vendors are great for some styles (Pontoon, Bowrider, leaning posts, helm seats). But for seats that are cut and molded for a specific boat, not so much.2003 GS211 Yamaha 150 HP OX66
