How can I hook up a marine radio to accessory switch

I have two accessory switches that have wires going to all of the terminals except one. Would this be the hot side? Also do I have to ground the radio to that switch?
Should I just tap into one of the circuit breakers?

Meter out the terminal and see if you get voltage.
There should be an accessory grounding block.
The switch should already be going through the breaker panel. Make sure to include an in line fuse on the radio hot wire.
