Check the power relays under the helm for bad connection or be safe and replace. About a 5 dollar part at an auto supply store.

Mine was just a wire that had came off the relay. Same relay that can be purchased at auto zone or similar. Just move one wire at a time to same connection point. Or possibly one of the power wires is off the master power switch since it feeds the relay

I had the SAME issue...check those relays...small black boxes...I jiggled mine and have had no issues since...2012 Hurricane SD2000

Ok folks I fixed to problem. One of my relays was bad. The one with three wires going to the top post. Replaced that relay and all my accesssories switches started working!!! When I pulled it off and shook it, it rattled. The new one did not. Just fyi incase you run into the same problem. Pull that relay and shake it. If it rattles that may be your problem

These are the relays. Located under the helm. You have to remove the access panel with all the screws and pop out fuses on it. You can buy them at NAPA or similar auto parts store. $15-$16ish.

I agree, electrical issues in a boat can cause you to pull your hair out...here is a pic of mine...I was able to mess with it and get it working...but will be buying a new one soon to replace it.2012 Hurricane SD2000

thanks. Did you have to order from the boat dealer?

Where are the relays and what do they look like?

I replaced the 5 amp fuse and inline breaker by the batteries. Putting a new battery switch on tomorrow and will check/shake the relays tomorrow. If none of that works I will replace the relays. After that I am tapping out. I know it has to be one point of failure because all of the switches are not working except the horn and the master power switch (switch light comes on) All the gauges work. The trim works, boat cranks etc. I hate electricial problems

coolwateree I will be interested to see what you find cause i have replaced the relays and the 40 amp breaker by the battery and my switches still arent working. Frustrating.

might this be the solution to a number of gauges not working?

bigbuka1 I had an "electrician" do some wiring on the boat, and he rewired the relays the wrong way. He tried to figure out what was wrong, but he just gave up and told me to just go to a dealer to figure out....wasted money. That's what I get for hiring someone off of craigslist. Problem is, I don't have the original diagram of what wires go where to each relay. Any chance any of you have a pic showing what wires go to each relay? Any help is appreciate, cheers!

Did anyone ever figure out where to source your relays in the 2nd picture (P/N 2622)? I have the same ones and can’t seem to find them on the internet. I don’t want to pull them off to run around town...rather switch the wires one at a time once I get them. Thanks in advance
