2002 217 front hand rail size?

Anyone know for sure the front hand rail size on a 217? I can't find my dial gauge to verify. I am wanting to mount some Scotty rail mounts and need to be sure before ordering.

This is a supplier item purchased with Hi - Tech Stainless - GM 188B.
They will have these particular measurements
