MY 1996 200 HP EVINRUDE WILL NOT STAY RUNNING. I HAVE IT RUNNING BEAUTIFULLY ONE DAY, AND IT WILL NOT START THE NEXT. I HAVE PUT IN NEW PLUGS, WIRES, REBUILT ALL OF THE CARBERATORS, ANG BOTH GAS FILTERS. I AM AT THE END OF MY ROPE. I AM CONSIDERING CHANGING THE SHIFT SWITCH AND/OR FUEL FILTER. AS ANYONE HEARD OF THIS PARTICULAR PROBLEM?
