Vinyl stains

We've got a 2010 sundeck sport. Aside from the transmission cooler exploding last year and the battery dying this year, it's been a lot of fun. That said, we've noticed several pinkish stains appearing on several of the seats. The canvas cover is red, and there are some low spots which hold rainwater, but the low spots aren't in the same areas as the stains. We had a similar problem with our old pontoon boat and it's cover was gray. Any ideas as to what can be causing them? Better yet, any leads on a quality, biodegradeable vinyl cleaner? Many thanks in advance.

I got one small pink spot on one of my seats. I was told that it is actually caused by a mold that grows on the foam inside the seat, and that it is virtually impossible to remove. We keep our seats coated in 303 Aerospace Protectant and that didn't seem to prevent it.  Now we are putting those dry packs under the cover to help absorb moisture. I also just got some of these things which were recommended by another boater to prevent and kill mold: [link=,],[/link] so my goal is to keep it from spreading.
A guy at my marina recommended Oxyclean to try on the stain, but I've been afraid to try it. On another forum, someone recommended using a product called Westley's Bleche White, which is a car white wall cleaner, but I'm not going to mess with it unless it gets worse or shows up somewhere else. Good luck. If you find a solution that doesn't destroy the seat post it.
