2014 203 ob Accessory Panel flickered then went

2014 203 OB Out on the boat last weekend and the accessory panel flicked then went out. Checked all the circuit breakers and they were fine. Checked the battery fuse and the fuse to the accessory panel. Both fine. Help...what should I be looking for?

Nquirk, got the relays, any idea on how I can find out which wires go on which spades?

There should be markings on the existing relays either via a diagram on the top painted on it like this.

Or molded into the plastic on the bottom near the blades like this. Map them across.
