Fun Deck- Has anyone swapped a captains chair out with a cooler type bench seat

has anyone taken out the pedestal style oem's captain chair and replaced it with a bench or leaning post?I would like to get a cooler type seat as shown but would like to have some heads up on doing it.

I have not seen this done - but it would be a feasible swap out.
