Hairline / Spider Cracking in under-seat storage storage area?

We took our brand new Hurricane Sundeck Sport 188 OB out yesterday and brought it back home for a good cleaning.
As I took items out of the under-seat storage area I noticed hairline cracking throughout the bottom of the storage area.
Is this just a liner inset into the boat, or is it actually part of the structure?
I emailed our dealer and will see what they say once they respond. I will add a picture here. No other ones seem to have this issue, although I did notice in the live-well up front that it seems to have some minimal cracking, too.
I cannot even imagine how this would happen.. We just took delivery 11 days ago so it must have been like that before we purchased it.
