2015 SS 231 self-draining deck, where does the water go?

2015 SS 231 deck boat - the deck water seems to self-drain rather slow. Where does it go? Does it go into the hull and picked up by the bilge pump?

The deck has holes, usually in the stern corners where water drains overboard through the scuppers on the side of the boat. If it's draining slowly, then the openings are clogged.
