stereo wiring connector

Apparently being the original factory installed receiver/CD player from 2003, it has its wiring harness connected to a white male connector that plugs into a white plastic female connector for all the various places the wires go in the boat (speaker, power, etc). I'm replacing it, and I'd like to connect the new receiver's wires to the white connector in a similar fashion. Can the old pins be released somehow, and is there a source of new pins which I can crimp/solder onto the new receiver's wires? Here's what the connector looks like. Thanks for help and suggestions.

I should have put this in Electrical but I don't see how to move it now.
