Ignition Key Switch

I think I need a new one. I've sprayed cleaner in it, but it still sticks some. The only number I find on it is 518 which I assume is a key code. The engine is a Yamaha 200 OX66. Does anyone know of a parts listing that would help? The switch has 5 tabs with screws plus a center screw with a double white wire. One tab has a double red wire, one has a brown wire, one black, one blue, one double yellow.
