Ignition Switch issue?

Have a 2005 IO sundeck. Recently have experienced a problem when starting the engine. When the key is turned the buzzer sounds stops and then when turn to start nothing happens. No sound, clicking, just silence. This might happen three or four times before the engine turns over and starts up. Batteries are fine all other power to the assec. is fine. Seems like it had done this in the past on and off but seems to be getting worse. Was thinking of replacing the Ignition switch???

This sounds like an engine issue. I would have you reach out to a local marina that services that style engine to check it out.
