Charging on board batteries?

This may be elementary, but I'm not sure how to proceed. My SS188 has a 24 volt trolling motor, and (of course) a 12 volt system for the outboard. I've got 3 batteries, 2 connected in series, and one for starting/running. I'd like to be able to charge them all with one 12 volt charger, ideally not having to fuss with changing connections each time I charge them.
Any suggestions on how this is done? Thanks for any help--

Not a good idea to do what you are thinking. Get an onboard 3 bank charger. You will be able to charge all three batteries. Try to find one that won’t overcharge the batteries. Minn Kota makes a full line.
