It does not vibrate and make noise when Im under way, but at idle or low RPM it vibrates makes a **** of a racket, I can grab it and silence it, I have removed the tube and wrapped 1 layer of the aluminium tape they use on duct work, but then the tube does not fit through the top circular bracket....suggestions ??

I used a little black electrical tape. 1 revolution. I could then put it back. It seems to have solved the problem.
