Make one yourself. Really. You have a pattern for the new panel if you take that old one out carefully. If you search this forum you will find that many people experience the same deterioration of the plastic panel over time, especially if the boat is not covered. Apparently, nobody sells ready-made replacements. So select a material that will be durable and cut one out to match the old one.
