Replacement Gas Cap / Cover Help?

Good Evening All -Any ideas where I might find a replacement gas cover for my FD 218? While mine still works it feels brittle. I'd like to be ahead of this thing if the door decides to snap off. Thank you for any help!

I now I now have the same problem and cannot find the replacement 911895. How did you fix this

I'll take a wild guess but it looks like you have an obsolete/discontinued Attwood fuel fill.
Great Lakes Skipper has a black model that looks like your style. It is a vented model, meaning a vent pipe comes up to the molded fuel fixture. You would probably need to remove the 4 screws that are holding the fuel fill panel in place to see if you have a vent hose on top.

Installed the Perko Gas Fill and Tank Vent, Catalog No. 1318DPGBLK
Removal of the old hoses was fairly easy. Re-installing the fill hose was a bear. I found that by leaving the assembled unit loose the angle improves to re-install the fill hose. I drilled two new holes to attach the fill to the panel. The fill cover is longer than the original, just enough room to get a finger in to push the release button.
