Trailer questions...

Good afternoon,
My wife and I are looking into buying our first Hurricane boat. We have narrowed it down to a FD226OB Fun Deck with a Yamaha 200hp motor. Question is about getting a trailer for the boat, The local dealer quoted us $5,500 for a new trailer, I might be a bit new to this, but that seemed very high for a trailer. Does anyone have an idea on the going rate and where might one look to find one. We are located in Florida and pretty much anywhere in the state would be fine to pick one up.
Thank you in advance,
D

You can get one cheaper from a trailer shop. I personally can’t recommend a specific place, but there are a lot here in Florida. And just an FYI- this page isn’t very active but there is a hurricane boat owners page on Facebook that is.
