Hose Hook Up on Port Side at Stern

I recently purchased a 2015 Sun Deck Sport CC 21 OB and was wondering what the hose hook up is used for on the port side at the stern of the boat.  I removed the black plastic cap and it appears that this hose hookup has never been used.  It also has a screen in the opening.
