SD187 w 115 prop question

I dont really have any issues w planing. I have smart tabs. My question is that at 5600-5800 rpms, I am at only 27-28 mph. Do I need more prop or less prop to up top speed?

Wanted to add that I have the standard size, but a SS one.

What is your current pitch and diameter size prop. RPM's seem to be ok. Top speed lighyly loaded should be around 37 mph.
