In need of a wiring diagram for a 2013/14 SD2400

The line feeding the switch for my navigation went dead. I switched over the ACC feed and all is well. Now how to I figure out where the Red with Blue goes? It didn't seem to come from the breaker panel.

    I wouldn't expect anything from Hurricane, they have the "We're sorry for the inconvenience caused by us not providing support for our customers" virus ....
