Hello boaters I have a 2011 Hurricane 18.9 sundeck and have to replace Bimini. It says the beam at max is 8.5. So I should be safe with 94 t0 96 inches for bimini width?

If you've got the original, measure it as a reference.  If you don't have the old one, give yourself another 8" to 12" for a nice overlap so that your bimini doesn't look to small or come up short.  You want it to curve around with the bows to look right, not stop short which looks bad in my opinion.  Many websites have a measuring guide which can be useful.
