2002 201 Fundeck wires

Hi 
I am servicing my battery and I found 4 wires/cables 2 red with ruses and 2 black. They are loose and not connected to anything. 

Any one know what they are?  What they go to?

    Are they striped? I’d so maybe trolling motor wires?

    What a great help!!! Let me ask you something, could you pls tell me best places for getting parts for a Hurricane 2002 23 ft i just bought and need to restore, thank you in advance!!
