No power at toggle switches

Hi all- I`ve got a 16 ss203 with an electrical issue. I have no power to my toggle switches except for the main switch, which is actually getting power from the horn. If I run a jumper from the battery to the circuit breaker for the main switch everything powers up. So the question I have is- there must be a fuse or circuit breaker that I`m not seeing - I`ve checked the 2 fuses at the battery and everything is good. I got the factory wiring diagram and its useless. any help would be appreciated

You should also check the relays usually located behind your instrument panel.

Thanks for the response- I got it working. I honestly am not sure if it was from tightening all of the contracts on the relays- or jumping it from the short stop and possibly resetting it. Either way I`m back in business!
