Where can I find replacement boat hatch latches ?

    Looks like the latch design is from the manufacturer of the hatch, as it is molded into the design of the hatch itself and not a separate hardware assembly installed into a "hole" in the panel.

    The manufacturer of marine hatches closest to the design you show that I've been able to find is DPI Marine.  Visit their website and see if what they offer matches your design.  If so, maybe you'll get lucky and get replacement parts.
