Electrical problems

I have a 2015 231cc. Dropping voltage everywhere behind dash. 12.7 volts. As soon as the power switch is turned on voltage drops to 4 and relay starts chattering. Can anyone send me a wiring diagram or schematic for my boat. Please help. Thanks
