Hurricane Sundeck Sport 188 Trailer Bunk Placement

I bought a 2012 Hurricane 188 that has been in In/Out service from original owner. It is in really nice shape but did not come with a trailer. I didn't want to spend 4k on a new trailer and found a nice 2006 tandem axle Continental trailer that has very little usage for $1200. I know I have to change some things on the set up but the main issue is the bunks. Most picture I have seen the bunks are 2x6 or 2x8 angled to match the hull. This trailer has bunks that are upright. Wondering if I should change to swivel top supports with 2x6 so they angle to match the hull? A local marina said if I drive the boat there and bring the trailer they could fit it up as is but worry about the small footprint on the hull with the current set up. Any suggestions.
